CAREERS

köllab is growing in 2024 in multiple ways!  We will be outfitting a 1,200sq ft studio in Lititz, PA this summer and looking to add to our team to assist us with all of the exciting projects we have in process and upcoming.  These range from pure architecture to commercial interiors, installation art and production based projects on four different continents.  Specific openings are listed below.  If you are interested in the current open positions below or another type of role, we would love to hear from you!  Please reach out to info@kollabgroup.com.  

CURRNET OPENINGS

DRAFTSPERSON / DESIGNER

Type: Six month contract (full time) with potential to convert to permanent employee

Location: Remote work, preferably located in Central PA to facilitate in person meetings

Pay: Hourly.  Rate TBD based on applicants skills and experience.  

Software Proficiency:   Revit (must), AutoCad 2D/3D (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Excel (Must)

We are looking for a talented draftsperson and/or designer to work with us on a few different architecture and interiors based projects, with the possibility to involve them more depending on skills and experience.  At a minimum, this role would consist of modeling and detailing drawings in Revit.  This role could be filled by an entry level person, so long as they have a general understanding of architectural design practices and how to read and create architectural drawings.  However, if someone with more experience in the project field, building code, ADA requirements, etc is interested, we are open to exploring a role above entry level.  Individuals are responsible for their own software licenses

CREATIVE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Type: Six month contract (part time) with potential to convert to permanent employee

Location: Remote work, preferably located in Central PA to facilitate in person meetings

Pay: Hourly.  Rate TBD based on applicants skills and experience.  

Software Proficiency:   Word (must), Excel (must), Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

We are looking for a part time individual to assist us with some of our day-to-day needs.  This would include coordinating schedules with clients, setting up meetings, taking notes, assisting with writing scopes of work and proposals.  Depending on whether this individual also has creative skills and the ability to help assemble presentations, the amount of hours we could offer and rate may go up.  Individuals are responsible for their own software licenses
