The owner of ChoiceLIVE recently acquired a property located in Lititz, PA.  The building was weathered, dated and overgrown by the surrounding landscape.  köllab worked with the owner to assess the current state of the building and develop a concept to modernize and enhance the facade.  Along with repainting the building, köllab proposed the addition of a shade and entrance awning structure.  At night, integrated, hidden LED strip lighting highlights each of the canopy sections.  Overall, the finished product highlights the ChoiceLIVE brand and the world-class work that they do in the live event and entertainment industries.
